Here at Stronger Leaner Fitter we aim to use our experience and knowledge to assist you in reaching your fitness goals. Whether you want to lose body fat, gain muscle, prepare for a specific sporting event or just improve your overall fitness we will work with you using our knowledge and experience to help you reach that goal.

A lot of people have the idea that hiring the services of a personal trainer cuts out all the hard work - it doesn't. You are still the one who is going to do all the training. You are the one who is going to change your diet and lifestyle. So why invest your hard earned cash in us? Here a just a few reasons.

Diversity in training – boredom plays a large part in peoples decision to slack off or give up. Doing the same thing day in day out is no fun and of no benefit. As you progress your training will need to adapt and so will your nutritional requirements. Regular assessments will help us adjust and improve your program so that you stay on track to achieve your goals.

Motivation and Accountability -  As with anything else, depending on your goals, it won't be all plain sailing. There will be bumps in the road and times when you lose sight of what you are trying to achieve. Work or family life may have to take priority or you may just feel it's all a little too much – that's life. Our job is to help you get through these low points and provide the motivation and  encouragement you need to move forward.

 

Faster results - Don't get the wrong idea here – major changes in physicality and nutrition take time. Don't be fooled by all the 'before and after' photos on the internet claiming that the transformation from overweight to cover model body was achieved in weeks. A personal trainer will have a lot of tools at his/her disposal - a magic wand ins't one of them. But by combining all we have discussed earlier you should see faster and more sustainable results than you would working alone.
